Since opening in 2002, Vic & Dean’s has been the place to go for great pizza in Wayne. When Jim Sioutis opened Vic & Dean’s, he left no stone unturned in choosing the highest quality
ingredients which make up Vic & Dean's menu offerings. Jim worked tirelessly to develop the recipes for his pizza sauce and dough and in choosing the perfect blend of cheeses that top Vic &
Dean's pizzas. Jim’s meticulous selection of meats and bread for Vic & Dean's sandwiches has earned the restaurant several awards. Jim also introduced Wayne to the “Pizalad” – a salad of your
choice made of the freshest ingredients and served alongside a warm, quartered personal-size pizza crust of white or wheat dough lightly topped with cheese.
In 2010, Jim departed Vic & Dean’s to pursue another restaurant venture. But, he couldn’t stay away long. In the summer of 2011, Jim was once again the owner and manager of Vic & Dean’s.
Because running Vic & Dean’s is no small task, in 2012, Jim recruited Phil DiIenno, a former Vic & Dean’s employee, to assume management of the restaurant. Phil had been working as a manager
for a national restaurant chain, but he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to return to his hometown and the familiar faces of Wayne.
Jim, Phil and the staff extend a friendly invitation to you to dine with us or enjoy a takeout or delivery order. We see ourselves as a family restaurant. Whether you are a regular to Vic &
